FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES

The CRM your desk actually runs on.

Candidate pool, client pipelines, placements and commission, plus outreach with an inbox that receives the replies. Priced per recruiter seat, so we never take a cut of a fee you earned.

Free for one recruiter, permanently rather than for a trial period. Then $49 per seat a month as you add recruiters.

We are onboarding a small number of agencies by hand, so a real person reads every message.

What is recruitment agency CRM and ATS software?

Recruitment agency software runs the two sides of an agency desk at once: the candidates you own and the clients you place them with. Panelynx for agencies carries a candidate database, per-client pipelines, outreach, placements, fees and recruiter commission in one system, on its own pricing rather than the employer-side ladder.

WHAT YOU GET

A full desk, not a pipeline board with ambitions.

  • Candidates

    One pool, not twelve spreadsheets.

Your candidates stay yours across every client and every role. Hotlists for the people you keep going back to, and a pool that does not reset when a vacancy closes.

    • Candidate pool and hotlists
    • CV parsing into structured profiles
    • Shortlist and submit to a client
  • Clients

Client pipelines with the state actually visible.

Which roles are live, which submissions are waiting on feedback, and which accounts have gone quiet. Stalls surface on their own rather than at the end of a bad month.

    • Client records and account health
    • Requisitions and approval rules
    • Stall detection and task follow-ups
  • Money

Placements, fees and commission in the same system.

The deal, the fee it produced and the commission split live next to the candidate they came from, so the number you invoice and the number you pay out reconcile without a spreadsheet.

    • Deals, fees and contracts
    • Commission rules and payouts
    • IR35 status on the record
  • Outreach

Sequences with a reply inbox that genuinely receives replies.

Templates and sequences, and an inbox that shows what came back. We are naming this one specifically because it is the claim most easily faked, and this one is real.

    • Sequences and templates
    • A working reply inbox
    • Outreach autopilot

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO YET

The gaps, before you find them yourself.

We would rather lose a deal here than in month three. If one of these is the thing your desk cannot work without, tell us and we will say honestly how far off it is.

  • Job-board posting

    Not wired

No Indeed, Seek or LinkedIn posting yet. The settings screen exists and says coming soon; it is not connected to anything.

  • Click-to-dial

    Not built

No dialler integration. Calls are logged by hand.

  • Mail and calendar auto-logging

    Stubbed

Gmail and Outlook sync are stubs. Email sends work; automatic two-way logging of your inbox does not.

  • Chrome sourcing extension

    Unpublished

Built, but not published. The auth loop is unfinished.

  • Public API and webhooks

    Not routed

The screens exist and are not routed. Not available to agencies yet.

  • Client-facing ROI dashboard

    Coming soon

Marked coming soon in the product. Your own analytics do work.

Questions people ask about the agency side

If yours is not here, ask it. Yohan answers these himself.

Ask a question
How is this different from the employer product?

An employer hires for itself and needs one pipeline. An agency owns a candidate database it places repeatedly, and runs a separate pipeline per client with fees and commission attached. Those are different products, and this is the second one.

Do our candidates stay ours?

Yes. The candidate database belongs to your agency, not to a client you submitted them to.

Can we run structured interviews for a client?

Yes. The interview plans, scorecards and panel comparison are the same ones the employer product uses, which is what lets you show a client evidence rather than an opinion.

Is agency pricing the same as the employer plans?

No. Agencies have their own pricing, because the shape of the work is different: per recruiter seat, nothing per placement, and one seat free permanently rather than a trial that lapses. The rungs are on this page; the pricing page carries the employer plans.

Does it integrate with the job boards we post to?

No. Panelynx does not post out to external job boards, for agencies or for employers. We would rather say that than imply otherwise.
