What is a live interview workspace?
A live interview workspace is the screen an interviewer works from while the interview is happening: the plan’s questions with a timer on each, what to listen for and the common wrong turns, a 1 to 5 score and a place to type evidence as it is said. Panelynx opens it from the same candidate record the rest of the process runs on, and it is on the Premium rung.

Questions people ask about the workspace
If yours is not here, ask it. Yohan answers these himself.
Ask a questionDoes Panelynx join, record or transcribe the call?
It never joins and never records. You run the call on whatever you already use, and the workspace is the interviewer’s side of the screen. If your meeting tool produced a transcript you can upload it afterwards on Premium, and Panelynx will parse it into speaker-attributed segments against that interview.
Do interviewers share one workspace?
No, and deliberately. Each interviewer on a round opens their own, scores in it and locks their own scorecard, which is what keeps the readings independent. The code and whiteboard widgets are shared with the candidate during the call.
What happens to the notes afterwards?
They stay on the candidate record against that round, and they are part of what the scorecard and the AI second opinion draw on. Nothing has to be copied anywhere.
Do I have to follow the questions in order?
No. The order is a default, not a rail. The plan sets what the round must cover; how the conversation gets there is yours.
Does it work if the candidate is in the room rather than on a call?
Yes. Nothing about the workspace assumes a video call, because it never touches one.
Which plan includes the live workspace?
Premium. On Starter and Growth, interviewers score on the per-question feedback form instead, which carries the same questions and the same rubric without the timer, the evidence chips and the live coach.
