What tools does Panelynx integrate with?
Panelynx connects to Google Calendar for scheduling, Slack and Microsoft Teams for notifications, Sign in with Google and SAML 2.0 single sign-on for access, and CSV import for bringing candidates in from any other system. They do not all sit on the same rung: calendar sync and CSV import start on Growth, SAML single sign-on is Enterprise, and the REST API with signed webhooks is in beta on Enterprise. Sign in with Google, Slack and Teams notifications carry no rung gate. There is no integrations marketplace and no job-board posting.

Keep everyone in sync
Sync interviews with Google Calendar so your team stays aligned.
Feedback chased without chasing
The channel gets told when a scorecard is outstanding, which is faster than a reminder email nobody reads.
Bring your candidates with you
Import candidates from your existing ATS using a CSV file and start quickly.
Google and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft and Microsoft Teams are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC. Use of these names does not imply endorsement, and none of these companies endorse Panelynx.
These connections plug into the Panelynx applicant tracking system, so calendars, email and identity all work against the same candidate records.
Questions people ask about integrations
If yours is not here, ask it. Yohan answers these himself.
Ask a questionCan Panelynx post our jobs to external job boards?
No. You publish to your own hosted careers page and to the Panelynx board. Posting out to Indeed, LinkedIn and the rest is not built, and we would rather say so than imply it.
How do we get our existing candidates in?
Export them from your current system as CSV and map the columns during import. There is no vendor-specific importer, and Panelynx does not read your other account. Import starts on the Growth rung.
Does it connect to our HRIS or background-check provider?
No. There are no prebuilt connectors to HR systems, background checks, assessments or e-signature. The API on Enterprise is the way to build one yourself.
Which video tool do we run interviews on?
Whichever you already use. Panelynx does not join, record or transcribe calls, so it does not need to integrate with one.
Is there an API?
A REST API with signed webhooks, in beta on the Enterprise rung. It is the row marked In beta in the list above, and the label is doing real work: it is not general availability yet.
